Terms and Conditions of Stay at the Złota Palma Resort

Thank you for choosing our resort as your holiday destination.
We want you to feel comfortable and safe during your stay.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules that apply on the premises.

Booking your stay

  1. Initial reservation (by phone or e-mail) should be confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the value of the stay on account:

  2. Payment implies acceptance of the regulations by all persons included in the reservation.
  3. The rest of the amount – in cash at check-in or by bank transfer before arrival.
  4. The deposit is not refundable.

Check-in and check-out

  1. Check-in: from 16:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.
  2. Check in with proof of identity.
  3. Stay possible only after booking and payment of a deposit.
  4. Tourist tax: 2.50 PLN/person/day – payable at check-in.
  5. Acceptance of the house – in the presence of staff, along with the technical condition.
  6. Return of the house – in the same condition as upon receipt.
  7. Shortening your stay does not entitle you to a refund.
  8. Extension of stay after 11:00 am only by arrangement.
  9. Report defects on a regular basis – not after your stay.
  10. Guests are responsible for damage and missing equipment.
  11. The resort is not responsible for items left in the cabins.
  12. Unguarded parking, free of charge – 1 space per cottage.

Responsibility of Guests

  1. The guest is materially responsible for any damage.
  2. Refundable deposit: 500 PLN per cottage.
  3. Parents are responsible for their children (pool, playground, playroom).
  4. No smoking, use of fire, frying of fish – surcharge for ozonation: 500 zl.
  5. Grilling only on the lawn – not on the terrace or sidewalks.
  6. Only registered persons are allowed to stay at the center.
  7. Animals – lack of acceptance.
  8. Nightly Quiet: 11:00pm-7:00am.
  9. We do not accept people under the influence of alcohol or behaving aggressively.
  10. Failure to follow the rules = leaving the center without refund.

Rules and regulations for the use of the swimming pool

  1. Free pool for Guests only – hours: 10:00-21:00.
  2. Children under 14 – only under adult supervision.
  3. Children under 3 years – only in swim diapers.
  4. Before entering, remove your shoes.
  5. Do not enter the pool under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
  6. Prohibition of jumping, shoving, tampering with fixtures.
  7. Prohibition of eating and drinking in the pool.
  8. Pool contamination = water replacement cost on the part of the offender.
  9. Failure to follow the rules = removal from the facility.

Rules and regulations for the use of the playground

  1. Designed for children from 3 to 16 years old.
  2. Children under 12 years – only under adult supervision.
  3. Ban on littering and smoking.
  4. Use only the available equipment as intended.
  5. Report defects and damage to staff.
  6. The parent is responsible for damages caused by the child.
  7. Opening hours are determined by the center’s staff.

Additional information

  1. Segregation of waste is mandatory – put it in the appropriate containers.
  2. We are not responsible for items left in the cabins and on the resort grounds.
  3. Unguarded parking – we are not responsible for damages.
  4. We are not responsible for power, water or internet outages.
  5. The regulations are available on the website and apply to all guests.

Booking and payment regulations

  1. The reservation application can be submitted as follows:
  • The reservation application must include your name, contact information, date of stay and number of people.
  • The response to a booking request is either a refusal or an opportunity to make a booking, according to the prior booking request.
  • If the reservation of an object cannot be completed, the Service Provider will immediately inform those concerned, and the reservation will not be realized. Information about the impossibility of making a reservation is communicated via e-mail or by telephone.
  • To confirm the reservation and effectively conclude the contract, the booker is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay within 2 working days from the date of the Service Provider’s statement that the reservation can be realized.
  • Upon payment of the reservation deposit, a contract for services is concluded between the Service Provider and the Reservationist, and the Reservationist accepts the Regulations of the Resort Behind the Forest.
  • In case of non-payment of the deposit within the period specified in point 5., the reservation is not considered effective and will not be implemented.
  • If the reservation is not completed for reasons attributable to the reservationist or the person(s) who are to benefit from the reservation (guest(s)), in particular cancellation of the stay by the reservationist/guest, shortening of the reservation by the reservationist/guest, or failure to appear at the time specified by the reservation, the Service Provider is entitled to retain the deposit previously paid by the reservationist.
  • If the reservation is canceled within 14 days before the scheduled check-in, the deposit is not forfeited. If possible, another convenient date in the same calendar year is arranged, and the deposit is credited against the total price for the stay on the new previously agreed date.
  • If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the day of check-in, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • In a situation where a reservation has not been realized for reasons attributable to the Service Provider, in particular cancellation of the reservation, shortening of the reservation – the service provider is obliged to return the deposit within 2 working days.
  • In case of shortening the stay for reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider, the price for unused days is not refundable.
  • The service provider allows the following methods of payment for the stay:
  • Electronic payments through the Przelewy24.pl website. The payment service is the responsibility of PayPro S.A. based in Poznań (ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań).
  • Through the website: Przelewy24.pl,
  • Transfer to bank account,
  • Payment card payments
  • Cash.
  • In the case of advance payment of a deposit at the time of booking, the remaining part of the price may be paid by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Service Provider (payment must be credited before the start of the stay), by credit card or in cash at check-in on the day of arrival.
  • Complaints related to the provision of the Service should be submitted by letter to the Service Provider’s registered address or electronically to the Service Provider’s e-mail address.
  • The complaint should contain the following details of the Client: name, surname, address of the Guest, e-mail address provided at the time of booking and a description of the problem that occurred in connection with the use of the service.
  • The service provider will consider the complaint within 30 working days from the date of receipt. The response will be sent in the same form in which it was submitted.
  • Should the information provided in the complaint require supplementation, the Service Provider will request the Guest to supplement the information within the time limit specified for this purpose before considering the complaint. In such case, the time limit referred to in Section 17 shall run from the moment the Service Provider receives the supplemented complaint.
  • A Guest who is a consumer (as defined in Article 221 of the Civil Code) shall not have the right to withdraw from the hotel services contract referred to in paragraph 3 (pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).
  • In the case of making a reservation through the Reservation System, in addition to the conditions indicated in paragraph 2, it is necessary to confirm the reservation by pressing the “I book with the obligation to pay” button and making payment through Przelwy24.pl or a traditional bank transfer.
  • The condition for issuing a VAT invoice to a company is to provide a VAT number at the time of booking. Otherwise, it will not be possible to issue a VAT invoice for a company, issuing a VAT invoice for an individual is possible without providing a VAT number.
